Surprise and delight shoppers with a dry, faux or paper floral installation that celebrates the season. Place on a wall, at the entranceway or in an open space on the selling floor to spark up the store atmosphere. These types of installations visually inspire and draw customers into the store.
Vary the types of the display set-up. Create table displays near the entrance or center of the store, wall displays can attract from afar and floor displays allow the shopper a 360-degree experience. The store window must change in style regularly, don’t just remerchandise the same configuration.
Go Local. Showcase local artisans and their products for consumers to purchase. Partner with a local school group to display art or invite them to engage in an in-store activity. Connect with a local museum to feature historic images or artifacts in the window.
Natural colors and textures add a distinctive style to the store environment. Use color-coordinated merchandise, props and furniture to create eye-catching merchandise stories. Green walls, plants and flowers relax the eye and liven the store environment. Large-scale imagery can set a theme for a display or convey a season or holiday spirit.
