What are the dates of The Inspired Home Show in 2026?
The dates of the 2026 Show are Tuesday – Thursday, March 10-12.
This is the first time the show will shift to a mid-week pattern. After surveying participants, this is the scenario that best met exhibitor and attendee needs.
What are the Regular 2026 Space Rates?
There are two rates available, depending on membership class:

- $24.50 / ft² for IHA Members (frozen at the same rate as last year)
- $44.00 / ft² for Non-members
What early-bird discounts are available?

- Advanced Application / Early Payment – $1.00 / ft² for signed space applications received by March 14, 2025 AND full payment for space received by July 7, 2025 – this discount is available for IHA Members only.
- Early Application / Early Payment – $.50 / ft² for signed space applications received on or after March 15, 2025 but by July 7, 2025 AND full payment for space received by July 7, 2025 – this discount is available for both IHA Members and Non-members.
What if I want to exhibit at the 2026 Show but am unsure of my location or size of booth? How should I proceed? Do I still quality for a discount?
If you want to exhibit at the 2026 Show but have questions about your location or size of your booth, whether that be expansion or reduction, you should still submit the signed space application AND note your desire for change. Provided IHA receives the signed space application and full payment by the cut-off dates, the discounts will still apply. During the space assignment process, it will be important for you to work closely with your IHA Sales Manager to ensure that your requests are met.
What space rate will I pay if I don’t submit a signed space application and / or submit full payment by the deadline dates?
If a signed space application and / or the full payment for space is not received by the deadline dates, Regular 2026 Space Rates will apply.
If I downsize my booth, will I receive a refund for space not used?
Any changes made prior to August 29, 2025, will be eligible for a refund. Membership is non-refundable.
What are IHA Membership Fees?
2024 / 2025 IHA Membership Fees remain unchanged from 2023 / 2024.

- $2,000 for companies with more than $10M in annual sales

What are Corner Charges for the 2026 Show?
Corner Charges for the 2026 Show remain unchanged from 2025.

What is the cancellation deadline, and what refunds apply?
The cancellation deadline is August 29, 2025

- Cancellations made on or before August 29, 2025 qualify for a full refund of money paid for the 2026 Show. IHA membership is not refundable.
- Cancellations made after August 29, 2025 do not qualify for a refund of money paid for the 2026 Show. IHA membership is not refundable.
What happens to my seniority number if a cancellation takes place?
Keeping or forfeiting seniority depends on the refund:

- If IHA retains money paid for space originally reserved for the 2026 Show and the amount owed was paid in full, then the seniority number is retained for one year.
- If IHA does not retain money paid for space originally reserved for the 2026 Show or if the amount owed was not paid in full, then the seniority number is forfeited.

My company didn’t exhibit at the 2025 Show. Can I still take advantage of the early-bird discounts?
Yes, any company that submits a signed space application and makes full payments by the deadline dates qualifies for the early-bird discounts, dependent on membership class. In fact, the earlier we know of your intention to exhibit, the earlier you will be assigned, which translates into securing a more desirable location.
