Booth Installation & Dismantling
Refer to the Exhibitor Services Kit for additional information on installation and dismantling hours. However, below are some helpful reminders:
- The deadline for Advance Warehouse Shipments to be received is TBD.
- All shipments (display/product) must be in the exhibit space and unpacked with crates ready for storage.
- Move-out begins at 3:01 p.m., Tuesday, March 8, 2022. Do not begin packing your product or dismantling your booth early! If observed tearing down early, exhibitors may receive a $1,000 fine.
Exhibitor Move-In Schedule
IHA has worked with McCormick Place to be able to offer at least a full week of move-in to all exhibitors and their contractors in all three buildings. 2022 schedule TBD early next year. Stay tuned!
Exhibitor Move-Out Schedule
The Show closes at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022. The anticipated schedule to return cardboard boxes, fiber cases, and empty crates for products will be as follows:

South Building + North Building Exhibitors – All materials must be packed, Material Handling Agreements (MHA) turned in to the Exhibitor Service Center and freight removed by 12:00 Noon on Friday, March 11, 2022. Shipments will start being rerouted at 12:00 Noon on Friday, March 11, 2022.
Lakeside Center Exhibitors – All materials must be packed, Material Handling Agreements (MHA) turned in to the Exhibitor Service Center and freight removed by 12:00 Noon on Saturday, March 12, 2022. Shipments will start being rerouted at 12:00 Noon, on Saturday, March 12, 2022.
