Process & Discount Opportunities
The International Housewares Association (IHA) has opened applications to exhibit at The Inspired Home Show® 2026, to be held March 10-12, 2026. This is the second year IHA has made the advanced application available, allowing exhibitors to obtain discounted rates and prime booth locations.
There are three Space Application classes, two of which offer discounts off of the regular 2026 space rate:
Advanced Application — Early Payment
STEP 1: Complete a signed Space Application no later than March 14, 2025
STEP 2: Pay the full balance due for space no later than July 7, 2025
BENEFIT: Receive a $1.00 / ft² discount off of the Regular 2026 Space Rate
AVAILABILITY: IHA Members only
CHANGE REQUESTS: Allowed
Early Application — Early Payment
STEP 1: Complete a signed Space Application after March 15, 2025 but no later than July 7
STEP 2: Pay the full balance due for space no later than July 7, 2025
BENEFIT: Receive a $.50 / ft² discount off of the Regular 2026 Space Rate
AVAILABILITY: IHA Members & Non-members
CHANGE REQUESTS: Allowed
Regular Application — Regular Payment
STEP 1: Complete a signed Space Application after July 7, 2025
STEP 2: Pay the full balance due for space before space assignment
COST: Pay the non-discounted, Regular 2026 Space Rate
AVAILABILITY: IHA Members and Non-members

- Regular 2026 Space Rate (IHA members only) is $24.50 ft². Member rates for the 2026 Show will not increase from the 2025 rates.
- Regular 2026 Space Rate (Non-members) is $44.00 ft²
- Cancellation Deadline is August 29, 2025 for full refund of booth space fees. IHA membership is not refundable.

NEW CONFIGURATION INSPIRES ENERGY & EFFICIENCY
Buyers and sellers can explore three primary expos – dine + décor, clean + contain and wired + well, bringing all of the industry’s core categories into a central location on Level 3 of the North and South Buildings. A fourth expo, International Sourcing, is located on Level 1 of the North Building.
